What Is Obesity?
If the person is more than his actual weight than he is considered as the obese, this can be seen with the help of the formula used known as the BMI body mass index.
According to this formula if a person is of 25 to 30kg, then he is said to be overweight, and if the person is more than the weight 30, then he is considered as obese.
In India would be alarming as almost every person next door suffers from obesity issue.
Obesity problem occurs then there should be the control in the eating habitant of the obese person to reduce it because it than defect the health.
Mostly many of the obese or the overweight people caught to the death due to the cardiac attack because if we are obese then there is no proper flow of blood to the heart and the calories get blocked in the heart.
A Problem Caused Due To Obesity Is As Follows:
- High blood pressure.
- Heart Disease.
- High Cholesterol.
- Gallbladder Disease.
- Some Cancerous Diseases.
- Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
- Sleep Apnea and Respiratory Issues.
Causes Of Obesity
The total number of the calories in one day is only 2500 to maintain the healthy weight for the men and for the women it required 2000 calories per day.
The amount of the calories is more in the food like the hamburger, fries, and milkshake. Some of the people are very lazy in all the work, so they are not active, so the calories are stored regarding fat.
- We should not eat the food which contains many fats and sugar.
- Alcohol contains a large number of calories, so this will also result in the overweight.
- The food which is consumes outside consist lot of fat that is desert and the starter.
- Not to consume more food if you are enough then we should not do it over. This will also cause the overweight due to fat.
- Drinking more sugar contain drink will also make to obese.
Lack Of Physical Activity
Some of the people are very lazy doing the work. Many of the people use cars rather than walking and cycling. Jobs are done by sitting at the desk.
People rarely do exercise and rather doing the exercise they are busy in the watching the tv, computer, mobile games while sitting.
There are some of the genetic problems due to which they can’t lose the weight some of the conditions is Prader-Willi syndrome so due to this weight can’t be loosed.
If the family as the same problem then there is the chances of the continuing of this problem.
However all this condition can be avoided because some people think that sleeping overnight will cause the overweight, it only happens when we eat something energy food and then if we sleep after eating this will cause the weight more. So try to eat less as much you can.
