Well, Raksha Bandhan mostly comes in the month of Shravan mass. it is a calendar of Hindus which indicates this festival comes in the month of August.
On the last day of Shravan mass, the Raksha Bandhan is being celebrated. it is also considered that this month of Shravan is very poor to Shiv and Hindu religious make sure that everything goes well in this month of Shravan.
