Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was the first Prime Minister of our independent India. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was born on 14th November in the year 1889 in the city of Allahabad and his father Motilal Nehru was a lawyer.
While seeking his education he started his career at very early age as he completed his education in the city of Allahabad and for the higher education he went to England and he completed his higher education and return in the year 1912 in India and at that time India was under the control of Britishers.
He has done many studies Hindi higher education and after that, he decided to be a lawyer like his father and by doing a degree in law after his graduation he becomes a successful lawyer. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was a great socialist and freedom fighter who helped India to get independence.

As Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was a great socialist and freedom fighter he with the help of Mahatma Gandhi as he they both where knowing some laws so because of their knowledge they started to plan many freedom movements for the independence of India as when Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru return to India he saw that there were many people of India are treated very badly by the Britishers and at that time he promised and pledged that he would join the freedom movement and help the people to free from the rules of Britishers as he was a patriotic heart man he did not sit quietly and raise voice against the Britishers with the help of Mahatma Gandhi and also he joined the Gandhi’s non cooperation movement and help them.
When this moment for getting organised the Britishers were very fierce and they put Jawaharlal Nehru into jail several times but he did not get back down and fight for the Indian Independence by suffering many punishments from the Britishers he fight for our freedom and finally India got freedom on 15th August 1947 and the citizens of our India elected him as our first Prime minister to lead our country. When Jawaharlal Nehru elected as a Prime Minister of our independent India he had done many ways for the progress of our country in his guidance as his leadership was very much appreciated by the people.
His Death And Legacy
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was our first Prime Minister and he was very famous among the Indian people as every Indian knows him and he was very fond of children and also children love them and they started to call him as Chacha Nehru and because of this his birth date 14 November is being celebrated as Children’s Day all over India.
After he is elected as the Prime Minister he has done many things for the progress of our country and done much hardship to be the pride of India and he was the first and longest-serving prime minister of our country.
At last, while serving for his country Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru died on 27th may 1964 with a cause of heart attack. He was a great man who has been served his country and made proudly and also help independent India to get freedom from the Britishers and because of this, he was always known in the hearts of many people.
