A flexible constitution is a constitution in which the changes are not readily amended. A flexible constitution is a constitution in which the changes are readily amended by the general legislation the flexible constitution are commonly used in the Republic countries and democratic countries.
The constitution of India is divided into three parts the first part is the Preamble, it is an introduction part of the constitution and contains the statements of the principles.
The second part of the Constitution contains articles, there are in total seven articles, and each article defines each legislative branch the branches are the legislative branch, the executive branch, the judicial branch, the state powers, amendment process, Supreme law of the land, ratification, and declaration of the constitution.
